Description
The Technical Process & Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Site Technical Manager and manage maintenance technicians while overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, infrastructure, buildings, and handling systems at the ITM LAI Erbrée logistics hub. The role also contributes to budgeting, continuous improvement, performance monitoring, energy performance, and safety, quality, and compliance. It requires a Bac+2/3 degree in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, or an equivalent qualification, at least three years of technical experience, and initial people-management experience. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,200 over 13 months, an annual bonus, and benefits including health insurance.
