The Technical Process Engineer will support Business Process Improvement initiatives at Bergen Community College by analyzing business needs, designing and implementing automated solutions, configuring enterprise applications, integrating systems, developing backend and web services, and providing technical support and training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a computer or technology-related field, at least two years of enterprise-system implementation experience, and expertise in RESTful APIs, XML, JSON, JavaScript, Java, C++, and related technologies.
