The Technical Process Operator manages the entire production process by monitoring and adjusting control-room parameters, performing visual inspections, resolving SCADA or field malfunctions, directing assistant operators, monitoring product quality, restarting production, and maintaining records. The role requires a bachelor's degree or technical secondary education diploma with relevant experience, willingness to work a three-shift system, technical aptitude, relevant industry experience, and Dutch and English proficiency.
