Arvato is hiring a Technical Process Optimizer (m/f/x) in Landsberg, Greater Leipzig–Halle/Saale area, for an initial two-year fixed-term contract with a clear outlook for long-term collaboration. The role analyzes and optimizes technical inspection workflows, develops inspection procedures and hardware, tests prototypes, implements sustainable process improvements, creates standards, and drives automation and project management across internal teams and customers. Candidates need a technical background with relevant experience or a comparable engineering qualification, process-method knowledge, strong German, and good communication skills; English is advantageous.
