Amazon Robotics is hiring a Technical Product Launch Manager to own the end-to-end launch and field testing of new robotics automation solutions across fulfillment centers. The role leads engineering triages, performance and availability analysis, customer-facing product decisions, training, maintenance procedures, rollout planning, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least three years of large-scale technical or engineering program leadership, customer-facing experience, a bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics-related field, and experience leading cross-functional transformation teams. The position is based in North Reading or Westboro, Massachusetts, with a base salary of $131,300 to $177,600 annually.
