Description
Latitude is hiring its first Technical Product Lead to own the product function end-to-end at a fast-growing fintech. The role is hands-on and not management-focused, working directly with founders to set the roadmap, run technical discovery, define payment and API product surfaces, translate regulation into product decisions, manage partner integrations, and establish product processes. Candidates need at least six years of product experience, including senior or lead ownership of a technical product, along with domain expertise in payments, crypto, treasury, compliance, or related areas, experience shipping API-first products, and the ability to lead engineers. The position offers a base salary of $175,000 to $240,000 plus equity, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k), unlimited PTO, and flexible remote work within the United States.
