Jack Henry is hiring a remote Technical Product Manager to independently manage products through the full lifecycle within the information technology family, with a focus on small business strategy in financial services and payments. The role is responsible for product vision, roadmap, adoption analysis, cross-functional coordination, customer/community engagement, marketing support, demos, and ensuring product quality and smooth handoffs to implementation or support teams. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in product management, product owner, or product strategy, with strong knowledge of the financial industry, project management, and ideally AI/ML and systems/functional requirements.
