Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, software/digital product delivery, or digital transformation within an engineering, manufacturing, industrial automation, or technology environment.
Experience owning or supporting product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning.
Experience implementing or supporting digital solutions, software platforms, engineering tools, or technology-enabled process improvements in engineering or manufacturing environments.
Project management experience including status reporting, forecasting, business case development, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
Preferred Qualifications: PMP, Product Owner, Agile, or related project/product management certification.
Systems Engineering background; experience in Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Exposure to software architecture, web-based platforms, cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure, AI/ML, engineering data platforms, or product lifecycle management systems.
