Transcom is hiring a Technical Product Manager in Zagreb to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise customer experience and AI products. The role focuses on deciding what to build, prototyping with modern AI tools, validating problem–solution fit, monitoring adoption and telemetry, and partnering with engineering, operations, implementation, support, sales, and marketing. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years in B2B enterprise software, CX SaaS, or AI platforms, and hands-on experience with AI coding and design tools.
