Description
VSolvit is hiring an experienced Technical Product Manager / Product Owner to lead product strategy, roadmap and backlog ownership, requirements translation, and delivery for Agile software-development teams supporting U.S. Federal Government and Department of Defense programs. The role partners with government stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and technical leadership; manages cross-team dependencies and release priorities; evaluates solution designs; ensures compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards; and uses Jira and Confluence. The position is on-site four days per week in Norco, California and requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of product-leadership experience, 3+ years of professional software-development experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
