Description
QuEra is hiring a Technical Product Manager to coordinate the development of a control system for its neutral-atom quantum processor units. The role bridges science and engineering teams, translates technical roadmaps into actionable requirements and milestones, defines hardware-software interfaces, manages subsystem and integration testing, and supports the translation of research into product specifications. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, strong instrumentation and systems-engineering knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills; a PhD and relevant quantum-computing experience are preferred. The approximate base salary range is $150,000 to $250,000, with equity grants for new hires.
