The Product Manager will own the roadmap for a logistics orchestration and quality-compliance platform used by pharmaceutical manufacturers and logistics providers. The role focuses on AI agents that surface reasoning, execute delegated actions, and log decisions for audit, while collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams. Responsibilities include customer discovery in pharma logistics and supply chain operations, translating regulated workflows into software requirements, defining success metrics, and delivering auditable AI features. The position requires at least five years of product management or product engineering experience, including two years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products, and is fully remote in the United States.
