The role owns platform stability, release quality, CI/CD standards, business-case justification, roadmap prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and cross-team collaboration, while also writing code, reviewing pull requests, and participating in architecture discussions. The position requires a hands-on engineering background, commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and senior cross-team experience; it is a technical individual-contributor role with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days in the office weekly.
