Description
Xceptor is hiring a Technical Product Manager, Workflow & Rules to own and deliver workflow orchestration, business rules, automation, and decisioning platform capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Platform, the role manages the product backlog and roadmap, translates business and regulatory requirements into user stories, collaborates with engineering and compliance stakeholders, improves operational processes, monitors product metrics, and ensures governance and audit requirements are met. The position requires experience in fintech or regulated environments, workflow or platform product delivery, Agile delivery, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to engage with technical concepts. The role is hybrid, with two to three days per week in the office.
