SEITENBAU is hiring a full-time Technical Product Owner to support the digital transformation of public administration through an agile software project expanding a communication and collaboration platform. The role combines technical and business requirements analysis, user-story development for Java, Spring Boot, and React components, backlog and sprint planning, customer communication, quality assurance, and software delivery. Candidates need a technical degree or comparable training, software development or product-ownership experience, strong requirements and system-design knowledge, excellent German skills, and willingness to travel. The position is available in Konstanz, Berlin, or remotely.
