The role develops and delivers technical training for Edwards and Kidde Commercial fire and life-safety systems, teaching installation, programming, commissioning, networking, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support to customers, partners, technicians, engineers, and internal personnel. It also involves developing curricula and digital learning materials, administering certifications and learner records through learning management systems, measuring training effectiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of relevant technical experience, and the ability to travel up to 60%.
