Bradford White Corporation is seeking a Technical Product Trainer to represent the company and its products by delivering technically accurate training to contractors, independent service contractors, wholesale distributors, and manufacturer representatives. The role includes creating and scheduling training sessions, developing customer relationships, supporting product installation and service needs, contributing to training video planning, and assisting with customer training and factory visits. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of technician experience in related trades, five years of customer-facing experience, Microsoft Office competence, and up to 75% travel including frequent overnights; an associate degree or technical certification in HVAC/R, mechanical systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
