Advanced Navigation is hiring a Technical Engagement Specialist to bridge R&D engineering teams and global customers. The role combines technical training architecture and delivery—including workshops, webinars, LMS modules, customer onboarding, and field training—with technical writing and documentation for user manuals, API references, integration guides, and knowledge-base content. The specialist will also manage stakeholder feedback and improve training and documentation processes. The position requires at least six years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or product training, with strong documentation, technical literacy, and modern technical-writing tool proficiency.
