Tintometer GmbH is hiring a Technical Production Support specialist to work at the interface between production and engineering. The role supports day-to-day production operations, analyzes and resolves technical malfunctions, identifies root causes, implements process improvements, supports new process introductions, maintains technical documentation, evaluates production data, and contributes to efficiency projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and process standards. The position requires technical training in a relevant engineering field, fault-analysis and problem-solving experience, German language skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
