Description
Apple is seeking a Technical Program Management and Quality professional to support semiconductor SiP manufacturing from concept through high-volume production. The role partners with OSAT and contract-manufacturing suppliers and internal NPI, procurement, and engineering teams to improve manufacturability, develop factory and quality-control systems, maintain incoming and outgoing product quality, achieve high yields and low costs, manage factory or quality excursions, and drive continuous improvement. The position requires at least 12 years of experience in semiconductor packaging or electronic assembly and a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
