Hinge Health is hiring a Technical Program Builder to join the Office of the CTO and build the R&D operational engine. The role combines technical program management with AI automation, custom agents, low-code integrations, and infrastructure for R&D planning, OKRs, project health, and cross-pod coordination. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, experience with AI agents or LLM APIs, planning and OKR experience, modern project-management tools, and a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
