Description
Lyte is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional execution with OSAT partners for device and module package assembly and test programs. The role coordinates engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, NPI, manufacturing, and OSAT stakeholders; monitors capacity, KPIs, risks, and delivery; drives issue resolution and resource negotiations; and supports new product introduction, qualification, and sustaining production. The position is primarily remote with occasional travel to OSAT partner sites and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least one year of industry experience, and strong communication and program-management skills.
