Description
The Technical Program Integration Lead serves as the focal point for integrated planning and execution across engineering, software, hardware, systems, operations, integration, verification, and supplier workstreams. The role owns work breakdown structures and integrated master schedules, manages cross-functional dependencies and technical risks, assesses milestone readiness, supports program governance, and drives execution discipline and planning maturity. It requires at least 10 years of experience in technical program management or related complex-technology disciplines, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to work in a downtown Ottawa office while obtaining Canadian Reliability Status and CGP registration.
