Description
Valeo is hiring a Technical Program Lead - Power Electronics (Traction Inverter) for its R&D organization. The role leads technical communication between customers and product teams across design, architecture, testing, manufacturing, integration, and implementation; reviews customer RFQs and technical feasibility; supports BOM and power-module strategy; leads design, test, FMEA, and customer presentations; and supports product testing and root-cause analysis. Candidates need at least five years of power-electronics and vehicle-electrification experience, high-voltage component experience, and a B.S. in electrical engineering or a comparable field; an M.S. is preferred. The position is full-time, regular, and on a permanent contract.
