The coach will also support career development through resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, interview, salary negotiation, promotion, networking, and freelancing guidance. The role is virtual, allows coaches to set their own hours and rates, and requires professional technical program management experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a structured approach to explaining complex concepts.
