Description
Flex is hiring an NPI Technical Program Management Engineer in Prai, Penang to bridge innovation engineering and high-volume production teams. The role evaluates product designs, develops scalable manufacturing and prototype processes, leads troubleshooting and quick-reaction engineering, establishes repeatable process parameters, conducts root-cause and continuous-improvement analyses, applies statistical process control, supports technology transfers and training, and contributes to PFMEA and DFMEA. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience, at least four years of process or manufacturing engineering experience, and strong knowledge of PCBA, SMT, wave soldering, and assembly.
