Mastercard is hiring three technical program management roles in Pune, India: a Senior Technical Program Manager in Commercial Solutions, a Lead Technical Program Manager for the Prepaid team, and a Lead Project Manager for the ONE Service Delivery team. The Senior Technical Program Manager will partner with engineers on microservices and web applications, while the Lead Technical Program Manager will manage SAFe Agile release trains and complex engineering delivery. The Lead Project Manager will lead complex initiatives, manage schedules and dependencies, communicate with senior management and clients, and support cloud-related projects. The Senior Technical Program Manager role requires a bachelor’s degree, project management experience, and proficiency with Jira and Rally; the Lead Project Manager role prefers AWS and Azure experience and PMP certification.
