Lam Research is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Deposition Product Group within the Global Products Group. The role leads cross-functional teams through the initiation, execution, and delivery of technical product offerings, processes, and programs; manages schedules, budgets, risk, performance metrics, change management, and continuous improvement; and uses data analysis to inform program outcomes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with no prior professional experience, plus 3+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience. The role supports hybrid work models, including On-site Flex and Virtual Flex.
