Lam Research is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical projects in the Deposition Group, from initiation through delivery. The role owns project schedules, budgets, performance metrics, product delivery, bill of materials, continuous improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder alignment. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with no prior professional experience, plus 3+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience. The role supports hybrid work models, including On-site Flex and Virtual Flex.
