Description

Lam Research is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the initiation, execution, and delivery of technical product offerings, processes, and programs in the semiconductor industry. The role owns project schedules, budgets, risk, performance metrics, change management, data analysis, and continuous improvement, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver enhancements and sustainable program results. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with no prior professional experience, along with 3+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience. The role may be performed in an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid arrangement.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or a PhD with no previous professional experience, or equivalent experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience.
Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience or knowledge of semiconductor fabrication, semiconductor equipment operations, or related industries.
Knowledge of E&O processes, change orders, and repair or refurbishment processes.
Knowledge of 8D quality problem-solving methodology.
Knowledge of program management methods and product development and release procedures.
Relevant project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
Experience or certification in Lean Six Sigma, including Green Belt or Black Belt.
Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, QuickBase, or Office Timeline.
Knowledge of change management methodologies.
Experience with RF generators, RF matching, and PCBA.
