Description
Lam Research is seeking a senior operational-program leader to own reliable, scalable execution at a live semiconductor test and characterization (TTC) site. The role leads cross-functional programs covering hardware readiness, chemical permitting, facilities enablement, staffing, cost assumptions, and schedule alignment; identifies and closes operational gaps; translates technical and business needs into executable plans; manages prioritization and tradeoffs; establishes repeatable operational mechanisms; and supports site transition and expansion. The position requires at least eight years of experience in technical program management, operations program leadership, or a similar complex cross-functional role, and offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid work models.
