Description
Lam Research is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the initiation, execution, and delivery of technical product offerings, processes, and programs in the semiconductor industry. The role owns project schedules, budgets, risk, performance metrics, change management, data analysis, and continuous improvement, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver enhancements and sustainable program results. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree with the corresponding years of experience, plus 6+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience; semiconductor fabrication, PDR, project management certifications, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Waterfall, and project management software experience are preferred. The role may be performed through On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements.
