Description
Netflix is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Content and Studio Engineering team to own and deliver cross-functional technology programs across the content journey, from pitch and deal management through production media orchestration, release scheduling, and post-production. The role requires 5+ years of technical program management experience, a background in content, studio, or media technology and/or Generative AI/ML platforms, and the ability to define technical strategies, manage dependencies and risks, communicate with stakeholders and executive leadership, and bridge technical and non-technical audiences. Compensation is $210,000 to $320,000 annually, with health plans, retirement matching, stock options, paid leave, and other benefits.
