The role owns project schedules, budgets, risk, performance metrics, continuous improvement, data analysis, change management, and stakeholder alignment, while coaching teams in process methodologies and tools. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 8+ years, or a PhD with 5+ years, plus 8+ years in continuous improvement or technical program management. The position offers hybrid On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work models and a California San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $125,000 to $270,000.
