Lam Research is hiring a Technical Program Manager for Lab Operations Development to lead cross-functional teams through the design, build, and startup of new semiconductor product labs. The role integrates architectural, automation, and operational standards and best-known methods, manages project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery, and coaches teams in process methodologies and change management. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree with the stated experience requirements, plus 8+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience; semiconductor fabrication, PDR, project-management certifications, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Waterfall, and project-management software experience are preferred. The role may be performed under On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work models.
