Description
Netflix is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its AI for Member Systems Engagement Intelligence organization to drive early-stage, high-ambiguity programs involving generative AI product experiences, new interaction modalities, and new discovery surfaces. The role owns planning and execution across engineering, applied science, product, partnerships, and external device and platform partners; coordinates integration timelines and joint delivery milestones; supports content expansion into new formats; and translates technical, business, and cost tradeoffs into production-ready programs. The position requires 8–10+ years of technical program management or equivalent experience, strong stakeholder alignment, judgment in ambiguous environments, and working knowledge of the machine learning project lifecycle.
