Description
The New Product Transition (NPT) Manager leads the end-to-end transition of new products from development through field deployment and high-volume manufacturing readiness. The role owns field readiness planning, cross-functional alignment, beta and early-customer deployments, risk management, readiness tracking, and the transition to normal operations. It requires substantial experience in continuous improvement or technical program management, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication, with semiconductor fabrication or equipment operations experience preferred. The role offers hybrid work models combining on-site collaboration with remote work.
