Lam is hiring a Quality Program Manager to lead cross-functional quality and continuous-improvement projects across Global Operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, field quality, and analytics. The role owns project execution from initiation through delivery, manages schedules, budgets, risks, KPIs, dashboards, change management, and stakeholder alignment, and reports to senior leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 12+ years, plus 10+ years of continuous-improvement or quality program management experience. The role offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid work models.
