Prometheus Federal Services is hiring a full-time, remote Technical Program Manager to lead healthcare transformation initiatives supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. The role coordinates enterprise patient scheduling modernization, interoperability, workflow transformation, training, adoption, and operational sustainment across VA and community care environments. Responsibilities include program governance, risk and issue management, stakeholder and executive communications, change management, training, interoperability, process improvement, and compliance. The position requires a master's degree, at least 10 years of healthcare program or enterprise transformation experience, PMP or equivalent certification, U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, and eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Compensation is $130,000–$150,000, with health, dental, and vision coverage potentially included.
