Description
Karman Space & Defense is hiring an Aerospace and Defense Program Manager to lead complex defense programs from planning through delivery. The role leads cross-functional engineering teams, manages technical, schedule, cost, scope, and risk performance, coordinates customer and stakeholder communication, supports technical reviews and documentation, and partners with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, contracts, finance, and business development. The position follows a 9/80 schedule and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of engineering experience including two years in aerospace or systems engineering, project-execution and team-leadership experience, and a current DoD Secret security clearance.
