Description

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Controls Engineering
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of software program management experience in an embedded technical software discipline
5+ years of experience using industry-standard project management tools for product development and delivery, such as MS Project
2+ years of experience using JIRA or an equivalent work management tool for product development and delivery
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or Controls Engineering
7+ years of software program management experience in an embedded technical software discipline within the automotive domain
Strong background in embedded software development and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems
Experience managing complex technical software workstreams in diagnostics, software download, over-the-air updates, or vision/image processing
Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, testing, and quality throughout the product lifecycle
Expert knowledge of Agile development methods
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle methodology
Mastery of technical plan development for multiple leadership levels
Extensive experience with Atlassian tools and GitHub
Extensive experience using Confluence to develop and maintain wiki pages
Proven ability to communicate program information to stakeholders at various organizational levels
