Relativity Space is hiring a Program Manager to lead complex aerospace and advanced-manufacturing programs from kickoff through delivery. The role partners with engineering, operations, supply chain, customers, and leadership; translates requirements into actionable plans; manages schedules, budgets, forecasts, technical deliverables, requirements, change control, risk, and compliance; and serves as the primary interface for technical reviews and program status. The posting requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of experience managing technical programs in a regulated engineering environment, cross-functional leadership, technical communication, and commercial awareness. Experience with additive manufacturing, quality and regulatory standards, and project management certification is preferred. The hiring range is $104,000 to $156,000 USD.
