Lam Research is hiring an AI/ML/Automation Technical Program Manager to bridge Global Operations business needs with AI/ML/Automation technical execution. The role owns AI initiatives across discovery, solution design, build execution, deployment, adoption, run-state transition, and value realization; partners with operations, enterprise AI, IT, security, data, vendor, and delivery teams; and helps translate operational challenges into scalable, secure, explainable solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, or a master’s degree with 8 years, or a PhD with 5 years, or equivalent experience, along with operations-domain exposure and experience leading complex cross-functional AI/ML/Automation programs. The role offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work models and a California San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $146,000 to $311,000.
