Description
Caseware is hiring an AI Program Manager to own the company’s AI roadmap and single source of truth, translate AI strategy into sequenced programs, manage AI feature and capability launches, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve dependencies and risks, and maintain dashboards and program metrics. The role requires at least three years of technical program management or product operations experience in SaaS or platform environments, strong technical fluency with AI/ML, APIs, data, and cloud architecture, and the ability to drive outcomes across teams without direct authority. Preferred qualifications include AI/ML program experience, launch tooling familiarity, program management certification, a relevant technical degree, and experience in fintech, audit, or regulated industries.
