Description
Kela is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of a complex, multidisciplinary program from contract award through design, integration, qualification, production, and fielding. The role coordinates engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors; manages critical-path risks, requirements, interfaces, configuration baselines, contractual deliverables, and production readiness; and supports proposals, statements of work, and future-phase planning. The position requires a technical degree, at least five years of relevant technical program management experience, experience with sophisticated hardware and software systems and government contracts, strong communication skills in Hebrew and English, and the ability to drive work in ambiguous environments.
