Description
Amazon Robotics is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Sortation Vertical to manage the full lifecycle of next-generation sortation programs and sustain existing solutions. The role leads cross-functional engineering delivery across hardware, software, solutions, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, deployment, and other disciplines; defines requirements and schedules; manages risks and stakeholder communication; and coordinates with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product, Customer Support, and external partners. The position requires at least five years of technical product or program management experience and seven years of direct engineering-team experience, with additional project-management and cross-functional experience preferred. It is based in North Reading or Westboro, Massachusetts, with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.
