Description
The Technical Program Manager will own the delivery of business-system automations and integrations supporting eero's global operations, including ERP, e-commerce, cloud infrastructure, and CRM systems. The role leads projects from discovery through launch and iteration, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors, manages requirements and release schedules, and contributes to technical design, lightweight automation, bug triage, and limited coding under engineering oversight. The position also supports system modernization, reliability, SOX compliance, and international expansion initiatives.
