Description
AWS is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the LATAM PACE scale motion end-to-end, translating validated prototyping patterns into scalable partner and field-team adoption. The role leads partner onboarding and production launches, builds reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and certification mechanisms, tracks program KPIs, and expands PACE into new markets and industries. It requires 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, 7+ years working directly with engineering teams, and 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams, along with cross-functional program, release, and KPI experience.
