AWS Infrastructure Services is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the roadmap for disruptive process change, including planning automation, proactive alarming, and performance improvement. The role manages cross-team and cross-organization customer-facing programs, coordinates engineering and product requirements, reporting, milestones, events, and continuous improvement, and reports program performance to stakeholders. It requires extensive technical product and program management experience, direct engineering collaboration, software development experience, and cross-functional program delivery experience.
