Amazon Ads is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs for its AI infrastructure core services that support agentic AI development. The role owns the agentic AI core infrastructure product roadmap, coordinates engineering, product, and business stakeholders, defines KPIs and reporting, and ensures scalable, reliable services for multi-agent workflows and stateful runtimes. Candidates need extensive technical product and program management experience, software development experience, system-level design experience, and experience managing cross-functional programs and roadmaps.
